Return Policy

At MyAcoustix, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume smell, or alteration will not be approved for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn clothing

  • Washed products

  • Items without original tags

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@myacoustix.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will share return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.
